Privacy and cookies policy

In the course of its activity and for the purpose of providing services, the company Nataïs collects and processes personal data of its users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). This privacy policy, established by the company Nataïs, aims to provide Users with concise and comprehensive information about the processing of personal data carried out by the company Nataïs. We attach particular importance to respecting the privacy of Users and the confidentiality of their personal data, and therefore undertake to process the data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files, and freedoms (hereinafter the “Data Protection Act”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”).

Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e., a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or one or more elements specific to them.
Processing of personal data: Any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
Cookie: A cookie is information stored on the hard drive of a user by the server of the website they visit. It contains several data: the name of the server that deposited it, an identifier in the form of a unique number, and possibly an expiration date. This information is sometimes stored on the computer in a simple text file that a server accesses to read and record information.

Data Controller - DPO

Data Collected

Nataïs collects User data in order to provide them with the services for which they have subscribed to the platform. The mandatory or optional nature of the data provided (in order to finalize the User’s registration and provide them with Nataïs’ services) is indicated during collection by an asterisk. In addition, some data is collected automatically as a result of the User’s actions on the site (see the paragraph on cookies).

Purposes

The personal data collected by Nataïs in the course of providing services is necessary for the performance of contracts concluded with the User, or to enable Nataïs to pursue its legitimate interests while respecting the rights of the User. Some data may also be processed based on the User’s consent. The purposes for which we process data are as follows:

Recipients of Data

The personal data collected is intended for the commercial department of Nataïs. It may be transmitted to subsidiaries of Nataïs, or to subcontracting companies that Nataïs may call upon in the course of providing its services. In this context, personal data may be transferred to a member or non-member country of the European Union. Nataïs implements guarantees ensuring the protection and security of this data, in compliance with regulations. Nataïs does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the express consent of Nataïs Users. Outside of these cases, disclosure of personal data to third parties may only occur in the following cases:

  • With their authorization
  • At the request of legally competent authorities, on judicial requisition, or as part of judicial proceedings.

Data Retention Period

To fulfill its legal obligations or to have the necessary elements to assert its rights, Nataïs may archive data in accordance with regulations. Thus, personal data collected by Nataïs relating to the identity and contact details of its Users is archived for a maximum period of two years after the termination of contractual relations for customer Users, or from their collection by the data controller or the last contact from the prospect User for data relating to them. The termination of contractual relations is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User or the non-use of Nataïs’ services for a period of five years.

Users' Rights

In accordance with regulations, the User has the rights of access and rectification of the data concerning them, which allow them to rectify, complete, update, or delete data that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication, or storage is prohibited. The User also has the right to request the limitation of processing, and to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of their personal data. The User may also communicate instructions regarding the fate of their personal data in the event of death. Where applicable, the User may request the portability of their data, or, where the processing is based on consent, withdraw their consent at any time. The User can exercise their rights by emailing info@popcorn.fr. The User can also at any time modify their own data by contacting the customer service department at info@popcorn.fr. The User can unsubscribe from Nataïs’ newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe links in each of these emails. In the event of a dispute, the User may lodge a complaint with the CNIL whose contact details are available at the following internet address http://www.cnil.fr. The User may access detailed information on the use of their personal data, in particular regarding the purposes of the processing, the legal bases allowing tiria.fr to process the data, their retention periods, their recipients, and, where applicable, the transfers of this data to a non-member country of the European Union as well as the guarantees implemented. The website www.maisonpopcorn.fr uses cookies which aim to facilitate navigation on the site, to execute the service provided by Nataïs, to measure the audience of the site, or to enable the sharing of pages from the site.

Security

Nataïs has taken all necessary precautions to preserve the security of personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. These measures include:

  • Multi-level firewalls
  • Proven antivirus and intrusion detection systems
  • Encrypted transmission of data using SSL/https/VPN technology
  • Amen data centers certified PCI DSS

In addition, access to processing by Nataïs services requires authentication of the persons accessing the data, using an individual access code and password, sufficiently robust and regularly renewed. Data transmitted over insecure communication channels are subject to technical measures aimed at making this data incomprehensible to any unauthorized person. Modification of the Privacy Policy

Nataïs reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to comply with changes in laws and regulations. Any changes will be notified via our website or by email, to the extent possible, at least thirty days before they take effect.
